MORRIS, TARNOWSKI, LEWIS, SUSICE, LAMMERTS, AND ANSTETT NOTCH WINS ON LITTLE R

 

Ransomville, NY - Thursday, August 4th, 2011 - A total of sixty-three drivers signed in last Thursday for the Little R gokart program. In the Novice class the win went to Taylor Morris - her first of the season. Morris took the lead away from Alexis Bolam on lap four and never looked back. Alexis Morris came home in second followed by Bolam, Noah Coppins, and Blake Majtoulis.


The Tim Phillips Garage Junior I main event went to Nicholas Tarnowski. Hot as of late, Tarnowski picked up his fifth win in the last six events. Tarnowski took the lead away from Cameron Tuttle on lap six and held it the remaining distance. Cole Susice came home in second followed by Tuttle, Kyle Phillips, Dylan Duhow, Stephen Imerese, Michael Carmer, Josh Cook, Kevin Marsh, Adam Wagner, Rylee Block, Gene Gregoric, Keirstan Farina, and Jordan Modan. It was Farina's first week in the Junior I division after moving up from the Novice ranks.


Steven Lewis captured his first win of the season aboard the Auto Rescue Team Junior II division. Lewis took command on lap six and held it the remaining laps. David Littlefield, Jeff Chapman, Tristan Jeffery, Katy Knoll, Selena Smith, Andrew Srock, Marc Eberz, Eric Veihdeffer, and Donnie Haag rounded out the field.


Austin Susice collected win #2 on the season aboard the Junior Restricted division. Susice took control at the drop of the green and held off persistant challenges by Nicholas Schultz. Schultz finished in second followed by RJ Littlefield, Noah Walker, Matthew Veihdeffer, Cam Stefanski, Alyssa Mullen, Brian Monahan, Cody Kott, Trent Curtis, Jake Swanson, John Conklin, PJ Koestler, Megan Clevely, Zachery Haag, and Braden Foley. The Junior Restricted division enjoyed a season high of sixteen entries.


Chris Lammerts won his second of the season aboard the Stock Medium class. Lammerts took the lead away from Matt Farnham on lap four and held it rhe remaining eleven circuits. Farnham came home in second followed by Brett Senek, Brad Duhow, Cole Daubney, Kyle Richner, Tim Swatsworth, Andy Jankowiak, and Nicole Kirchberger. Richner is the son of Mighty Taco Modified pilot Ricky Richner and made his first start on the Little R.


Jeff Anstett also captured his second of the season aboard the Clone class. Anstett took the lead away from Bailey Hudson whom was coming off a win the week prior. Anstett showed the way through the final laps and took the win over Hudson, Brandon Sherwood, Michael Mesler, Taylor Sears, Brian Knox, Bobby Mesler, John Bonesky, and Katy Knoll. Sherwood, a regular on Friday nights aboard the Ki-Po Chevrolet Streetsocks, made his first start of the season.
