Ransomville Speedway begins preparations for the 2019 Go-Kart Season

RANSOMVILLE, NY… (November 12th, 2018) The staff and management of the Ransomville Speedway have begun preparing the 2019 racing season at the Little R! The test and tune for the 2019 Kart Program will take place on Thursday, May 9th, with the 2019 season opener taking place on Thursday May 16th, 2019. This year’s kart program will see the annual summer break on the week of July 4th, 2019 to allow for families to enjoy the holiday.

The 2019 season will once again feature select $100 to win events. The first of these races will take place on the May 16th, 2019 season opener with race #2 to be announced when the full schedule is announced. We are still looking for three additional class sponsors for the miniseries. To be a sponsor, please contact Ransomville Speedway General Manager Jennifer Martin at (716) 791-3602.

Officials from the track will also be on hand at the Northeast Racing Products Auction and Trade Show in Syracuse this weekend to work on a mini series with other tracks in New York!

For 2019, Ransomville will once again be a Burris Tire track. Officials from the track will be meeting next week to determine the compounds of tire that will be used for the upcoming season. No additional rules are expected to change.
